SHIPPING POLICY

We strive for expedient delivery and aim to have most packages shipped within 24-48 hours via UPS. Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping or shipping to Hawaii at this time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We stand by the quality of our products at BUG&RABBIT. That said, we know that sometimes it just might not be exactly what you had expected. We get it, we are customers too.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund or exchange in accordance with the policies below: 

  • Please contact us at info@bugandrabbit.com to request a return and start the process..

  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. 

  • All returned products must be unwashed and unused.

  • We do not accept returns on any custom / embroidered items. 

  • BUG&RABBIT reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements. 

  • We cannot accept any returns for purchases made at stores selling BUG&RABBIT merchandise. The product must be returned to the store it was purchased from. 

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. 

  • Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment. 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

  • In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify us at info@bugandrabbit.com and we will gladly replace the product or refund you.

  • Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged product and/or a photo of the damage.
